This A5 size notebook, with plain lined pages, has been created to get you started. All it takes is sitting quietly for a few minutes, every day, and writing 2 or 3 pages about what is going on in your life. How you feel, what you think, and what you’re experiencing. Getting it all out on the pages is an effective way to release the stress you are holding onto.
