I provide a safe space for you to be honest about where you are in your life’s journey, and what it is you really want or need to move forward. And I’m here to listen, support, and assist you through the process.

I will guide you away from negativity, damaging belief systems, and self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors that are holding you back, and focus on positive change by sharing tools and practices to help you live a more fulfilled and happy life.

How many sessions will you need?
It depends on you and what you would like to work on. Regular energy sessions keep you strong. And I am here for as long as you need me, and as often as you feel you need to make progress. We do this at your own pace, working on your growth and personal development over time.
What can you expect from a session?
Please allow 1.5 to 2 hours for the first session. Follow-up sessions are usually 1 hour. The session begins with a chat to unpack your challenges and to determine what can be done to initiate a change.

Thereafter, a 20-minute energy healing takes place to shift any physical blocks – allowing you to feel more like your authentic self and stronger to deal with tomorrow.

My goal is to help you feel whole and complete in all areas of your life. You have a responsibility to yourself and your own happiness. Let me guide you along the path to healing and help you find the methods best suited to your needs, so that you can live life fully.
