Helping your body is done through healing modalities, such as BodyTalk, Reiki or Sound Therapy – all ways to help reenergise the body. I sometime refer to the healing part of a session as a ‘tune-up’, because you feel like your body has been reset. You walk out feeling more secure and confident and able to deal with your challenges.
As an intuitive life coach, I use a multitude of healing therapies to transform lives. Sessions are tailored to each person’s unique situation, structured around your healing needs.

BodyTalk is a non-invasive holistic treatment, designed to stimulate the body’s natural ability to repair and restore itself. Using energy therapy techniques such as BodyTalk is a natural healing approach which addresses the underlying causes of emotional and physical strain.

The ancient healing art of Reiki works with the energy centres of the body (Chakras) to restore your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. After years of coaching individuals, I have identified patterns of what people find challenging within their day-to-day lives.
